Anyone getting asked to type captcha on mobile?

Threads with media (be it YouTube or Twitter) are being blocked with something asking me to type the captcha in. Except there’s no field to type in. As far as I can tell it’s coming from the bulletin board software and not the media companies. Anyone else seeing this? It just started doing this (maybe today?)

Are you using a VPN or something along those lines while browsing on your phone?

From the screenshot, that looks like a google 'human' check. I actually get that from time to time when I search too often through google but it's rare.

When you refresh the page, does it show the video or the captcha happens even after you refresh?
