Anyone else unable to access their season parking?

Season ticket holder with parking. I missed the WCU game, so this if my first of the season, and I can't for the life of me find my parking pass for Old Missy. I can see it from a browser on my phone, but I'm getting "Level 1 - Section W01 - General Admission" and "Check back 48 hours before the event to download your ticket."

It's going to suck if I need to buy parking today and shame on me for not checking on this yesterday when the ticket office was open.

Any recommendations out there?
