He was allowed to resign? I hope that doesn't mean he gets to keep any benefits. They should have refused his resignation and fired him. He better not be able to keep any healthcare, pension, or other benefits related to his position on the BOR.

The more I think about it, the more I believe that every uni in the state should appoint one regent. The that number +1 should be elected at large...(or maybe a combination of at large and by region)
