There doesn't need to be a "marijuana debate." He was ARRESTED (for the second time). Regardless of he nature of the offense, an ARREST should result in severe action. But, of course, since it happened at the cesspool, we all know nothing will happen.

Yeah Kirtsey was thrown out of both UGAG and MTSU for smoking pot in his room. Norman Cowins was a bigger piece of trash than Kirtsey however.
