I always knew his core business to be just real estate ownership. Bought primarly Midtown, hold it for the right time to put 20 stories on it, hold for a little longer (perhaps a lot longer), then sell. Contracting can be a tough business even for those whose core is contracting.

he does that primarily as u state. But he does have a development group that does commercial props.

i would expect brasfield or skanska to get it. Or turner construction
