One of my all time favorite players. Hate how under appreciated he was as well as the challenges in his shortened life.

Basketball had Bill Mayer fro Reseda CA was a California JC transfer, who lettered at Tech in 1969 and 1970 seasons, still holding second place in Tech field goal percentage of 61.2%. John Hoggle transferred fro Marion MIlitary Institute in Alabama and lettered 1970 through 1972. Center Karl Binns, Tech's first African American scholarship player, transferred from Truett-McConnel JC in Georgia and lettered in 1972.
