I've been working on my financial exams last few weeks so I've been more about observing vs posting but I'm flipping stoked!
Heading to Durham Saturday!

Host time baby! No more doubts. Better than a national 16 seed too! This team is definitely top 10 seed. Win ACC tourney and Regular season, media buttheads better make us a national top 8 seed.
In the end, who cares!
Does Drew Burress get a porterhouse steak for hitting the hr OVER the bull!!! Asking for a friend! :)

Does anyone know which game on Saturday we will be and home or away team?

Tate apparently had the flu pregame and still pitched a gem! Yes, i know there was a lot of traffic but Cal put up 25+ runs in total against Miami and Wake so people should chill and absolutely salute the ACE of the staff!

Great job Tate, Mason, & Barfield.

Pen is fresh!

Oh btw...sec homers are out in force pumping the secheat trying to say Uva and Nd don't belong....umm How'd that projected national seed mutt team do....Night puppies!

How about Cal beating Wake and Miami is because the ACC is a very tough conference up and down!

Burress with a great day, McKee pitched well, as did Patel. Well done, Jackets!
I got a chance to see today's game. For the experts here, how does Burress project to the next level (MLB)? He's doesn't appear to be a big guy but he seems to generate amazing bat speed. i know the aluminum bat issue confuses things a bit but interested in your opinions. Whether or not he makes it to the show, being top 10 in HR's in your sophomore season is an accomplishment.

He's going to be a first round pick next year. Hit 25 HRs last year as a freshman and now 18 more as a sophomore with more walks and more pitchers knowing how dangerous he is. He also plays a very good centerfield.

We play on Saturday at 1:00 and will be the home team as we are the #1 seed. Not sure Tate has the flu. That was something the commentators guessed based on the fact he was puking before the game. Could just as easily have been food poisoning or something else.

Yeah... this could be fake news ...

TV "reported" this (Tate sick) late in the game. I watched Hall interviewed after the game on ACCN. He said he was not aware of that until just before that interview. IOW... I/we heard his starting pitcher was puking (pregame) before the head coach did.

Who believes that?

If "start the puking pitcher" works, I recommend we keep doing it. We'll know if it matters tomorrow depending on whoever we start & how they do.

I was studying while having the game on the in the background so I heard what the broadcaster said.
Either way, I don't much care. Tate pitched his butt off and deserves big time kudos.
