I think we've seen enough to know the ATL chart is basically useless. In theory, everyone on the chart should play at least somewhere on the field, and anyone not on the chart does not play. However, Bruce Jordan-Swilling is not listed on the ATL chart, but played on the Kick Return team and threw an illegal block moving us from 50 to our own 25 or something. Keion White was listed last week and didn't play. It's all just smoke and mirrors. Though, I do think it's at least done in an attempt to mess with the opponent.
