Some of us old timers like to have a summertime drink called a "Tom Collins":
Gin, club soda, simple syrup, ice, lemon juice, served in a tall glass.
I am renaming it the "Geoff Collins" - same recipe but served in a tall Waffle House cup !!
Refreshing !! Just like our new HC and staff !!
Enjoy.....
