- Team is fired up and are ready to go for the first ACC game...there is a quite confidence from the team.

- Jemea Thomas did not practice yesterday...not sure what is wrong with him.

- Isaiah Johnson is back practicing but in a limited role...it wont be too much longer with him.

- Deon Hill is finally getting better...Would not look for him to play this weekend though.

- Coach Pelton has been stressing getting off of blocks to the DL and getting more of a pass rush

- We are going to try to stuff the run this weekend and make Duke beat us in the air

- Shawn Green will be back next week

- The team has had a good week of practice

Its obvious to me that Vad is a leader on offense, and possibly for the team as a whole. Who else has stepped into a vocal leadership role? I have been very impressed this offseason and season with the press quotes and tweets of the guys I would hope to be leaders. Very mature, positive, and focused.

Vad is the main guy...Cummings has stepped up for the DL guys.

Hunt-Days is another.
