My wife and I got married on Sep 12, 1981. There was no discrete way of watching or listining back then but to be honest I didnt think we had a chance to beat Alabama at their place. When someone told me at the reception that we had won, I didnt believe him - thought he had had too much champagne - which he had. Didnt realize we had really won until the next day. Of course Tech then proceeded to lose every remaining game. But my wife and I are still happily married.

Lol as my dad told me, and now as I tell every engaged guy who isn't married yet:

Stop and really think about what I'm about to say. Of all the married guys you've talked to, both before and after you've gotten engaged, how many of them are trying to talk you IN to getting married?

Haha and sadly I didn't listen either.
It's hard - sometimes ridiculously so. But, so is football ... and most other worthy endeavors.
