ken is coming on around 8:00 PM tonight to talk GT. The guy hosting the show tonight said we have some really good players and people think Miami will win the costal but GT might have something to say about that. He said we were pretty much the SEC east champs last year.

They talked a little about the new AD and recruiting. He said the DL and kicking game could be the main factor in how we do this year. He believes MJ will be the starter and will be hard to beat out by season end, but it wouldn't surprise him if he did. Predicting 8 to 9 wins.

Rodwell stepped up last year and gave us some solid play from the punter position.

Butker is probably our best place kicker yet. Dude was a special teams difference maker.

This year, good as Rodwell was for us, I'm stoked about the freshman punter and think he will be an upgrade at that spot.

As for place kicker. Those are huge shoes to fill and I don't expect the new guy to equal Butker. He just needs to be solid and we will be ok. I think he will be that. Probably not as good as Butker but maybe, potentially, as good as Blewitt....who has done some pretty good work against us for Pitt.:banghead:

The new AD might beat out MJ by the end of the season?

Butker was just so good in the clutch. I remember him missing a couple of FG, though very few, but I never remember him missing one in crunch time. He was a beast on kickoffs as well.

lol I was ready to get married and a Saturday was the best option unfortunately lol.

Lol as my dad told me, and now as I tell every engaged guy who isn't married yet:

Stop and really think about what I'm about to say. Of all the married guys you've talked to, both before and after you've gotten engaged, how many of them are trying to talk you IN to getting married?

Haha and sadly I didn't listen either.
