I was anxious to post this one. One of my all time favorites. I met him once at a GT fan photo day. All I can say is that he is personally the most impressive human specimen of a football player that I have stood face to face with. One word - Beast.

I know TJ Barnes was probably bigger as far as overall size. But pound for pound muscle and size, I have never seen anyone like JC. I remember being at that particular fan day and I asked one of the coaches about JC. The coach said he was at that time 6'8 almost 6'9 and around 340-350lbs. He went on to say that his body-fat percent was less than 10%.
