We could switch the CU game to the "non ACC divsion" schedule like UNC just did with was it NC State? At least when it is not in our rotation. I like playing them but until the ACC gets more balance for division games, we always get the toughest lineup.

I did too until I saw them on Grant Field last fall. they were a good looking football team with pretty good athletes everywhere. They were a better team than Tech, at least on that Saturday. They are not a team to be taken lightly anymore.David C. has done a fantastic job there (whether people like him or not).

In my opinion that was the worst GT played all season. I think that almost any other week's GT team would have dominated them.

You just knew when they got the two red zone penalties early that it was going to be a Kansas type day. I agree, and dominate is not too strong a word.

Yeah, I have trouble taking Duke seriously too. They had a cup cake schedule and still struggled to beat Pitt in 2 OT. Likewise they struggled against Virginia. To be sure, they can get up for a game here or there but they still lost to the first tough game on their schedule, Miami, as well as losing to VPI after they had totally fallen apart as a team, as well as losing to UNC when they had the Coastal Division on the line, as well as losing to Arizona State with a month to get ready for them.

In a 10 game series we beat the nine times.

No rhetorical at all. We beat them 9 of the last 10 times. The one time we lost it was because we screwed up and turned over the ball so much.

Fluke is a joke. They show how weak the ACC Coastal is when they do well. We beat them like Troy or some other good scrimmage team this year.

I mostly agree, especially if we are talking the 2nd half of the season GT team. My point is not that Duke is better than Tech, it's that their coach has brought them to a point where you cannot overlook them anymore. A bad day at the office will result in a L, as we all saw in October. That is a (imo) the definition of a team that needs to be taken seriously. Our margin of error doesn't allow us to overlook anyone (GSU as data point 2)

Agree w THIS. Like I have said on this site - CPJ will hang as many as he can on Buttclipp's Fluke a$$ next year at his high school esque Worthless Wade home field. That twisting of JT5's ankle and Buttclipp's Arrogant recruiting comments in pre game presser have our man furious. (Note what he did to Bush-league Davis at UNC The next 3 years after Bush-league ran that fake punt with 3 min left in the 2008 game already up by 17)
