Show of hands - who is surprised he ended up at an SEC school? LOL. And now Zion Williamson is reportedly even more in the hunt. This to me is similar to the uptick in basketball recruiting at Clemson, Georgia, and Alabama. When you've got the whole "majoring in eligibility", bag men, recruiting train going in football, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to extend that into the basketball world.

I would include Tennessee in that group of teams because it didn't take them long to rebuild the team.

Zion going to USC or Clemson could just be him wanting to stay home. Clemson is an hour from home, USC is 1.5 hours.

Gamecock fans are down this morning. The NCAA couldn't decide what to do with him, so he stays in the draft:

Think about what this says about the University of South Carolina. They got literally nothing out of their dealings with Brian Bowen, other than to publicly advertise that ethics and cheating be damned, it is OK if it helps them win a game. ...And they didn’t even get anything out of it!
