I am going with the traditional...smoked pork shoulder sammiches, slaw, beans, tomatoes and cottage cheese, watermelon and homemade ice cream. The day will kickoff with an early 18 holes and post round gin & tonics with the crew. The grandkids and fam will meet me at the course for a few hours at the pool before the feast above. A glorious day!
