How is this possible if he's going to be a sophomore this year in HS?
With the new recruiting rules, I thought they couldn't talk/offer/commit anyone until Aug of Junior Year.....

Have a friend with a 25 (a rising JR) and they had to stop with recruitment talks with schools until August...
