In first game for Auburn, Miles Kelly goes 7-for-9 from three.
High scorer of the team off the bench. 18 minutes. 7 of 9 from 3. 3 rebounds, 1 block, 1 steal, 0 TO, 0 fouls. Entirely different game for him when he is never the focus of the defense because he is surrounded by teammates, any of which can shoot & score. No double teams. He found a perfect team & coach to shine & reestablish himself with.

Watching Purdue and Marquette.
They had audio troubles to start the game. The announcers were gone. All you could hear was the game, the crowd and the arena. It was one of the most enjoyable basketball broadcasts I’ve watched… for about 3 minutes.

Yeah I mute a lot of announcers and watch in silence

Omfg, I'm stuck watching BSPN and this Seton Hall v VCU game may be the worst display of "basketball" I've ever seen.

Congrats to Kennesaw State who notched their program's first Top 25 win against Ace Bailey, Dylan Harper, and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at a raucous Convocation Center (Rutgers scheduled this because Ace Bailey is from Powder Springs) today. Had a ticket to this game and ended up bailing and listing my ticket on SeatGeek last night to stay home and watch the NFL slate instead - wish I had gone now though.

Early in season, Miles Kelly shooting career percentage from three - 42%.
Jalon Moore leading scorer for undefeated Oklahoma at 19ppg, shooting almost 40% from three.

They weren’t CDS’ “guys.”

Kelly played a year under CDS. Sometimes it's best for a player to change programs. Coach Pearl is a slime but he flat out can coach basketball. Good for Kelly and Moore that they are having good seasons.

Little bit of D1 mid-major hoops while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Virginia Military Institute vs. George Washington in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of DC.

Prove they left against their will.

Way too mature a reaponse, root.

Let's not just be happy for the young men. Instead, let's weaponize their personal success against the coach we never liked.

Didn’t Stoudamire try to keep Kelly, and when he couldn’t work out the money, try to get him to Arizona?
I thought Stoudamire wanted Kelly to stay, but his NIL package was being reduced based on performance decline related to his being the obvious target of defenses. CDS did not control the NIL and attempted to assist Kelly in finding a good landing spot. I’m not an insider so no idea if any of that was true, but also thought Kelly offered lots of unsolicited praise for CSD. Also got the impression that CDS’s “earn” v “promise” playing time was a reason Moore entered the portal. With numerous elite level players around him to deflect defensive pressure at Auburn, it should surprise no one that Kelly is thriving there.
