OK. Not trying to be pithy here, but this seems tone deaf on a LOT of levels.

First, the Russia angle is a bit out of tune at this point in world history.

Second, the narrative seems to be that if we just "tune out" what annoys us everything will be fine. What's annoying most fans is the win total, so I'm not sure that's sage advice.

All in all, I'm extremely confused with the messaging here.

Well, it does beat being a miserable pessimist who keeps looking and looking until they find something to whine about and then wondering why they don't have any friends who'll listen to them anymore.
