Pretty much what I was thinking. Also not a fan of white sleeves. But at least I know if I get called on to make a play on Labor Day, I can quickly tear away at the neck and head for the field.

you mean on shoulder instead of sleeve? because it has different dimensions than the tight fitting game worn jerseys that go over pads, I reckon.
