I have a wooden seat section cut out of the south end zone mounted on my family room wall. Given to me by a close family friend who was a true Tech man and given to him when they tore down the horseshoe. I also ran PE track on the cinder track around Grant field in the fall of 1964.

Nice! That's a good souvenir!

Went to Williams Brice this past weeknd to watch USC play Gsu and was amazed at the environment and how 85k people can be so loud and love their team....
I was also in MBS Monday and I was not impressed at all to watch the game compared to what I saw Saturday.
I MISS THE DAYS WE PACKED BDS!!
White outs vs Miami and VT night games..

Tomorrow at BDS, I hope, for the teams sake, will be and awesome experience!

If you haven't experienced 2001 at WBS in Columbia, do yourself a favor and make it happen!

I went to a 9 hour long concert at Williams Brice on Labor Day 1992. Faith No More, Guns ‘n Roses, and Metallica. That place was rockin’. 😜

Ive been to a lot of cfb stadiums. You people that want a cookie cutter no-history bowl stadium are insane and I will never understand you. BDS is a college football cathedral nestled in the city and amazing when filled and loud. Just need to win.

- North stands are a great place to stash opposing fans. I would tarp off the top 20 rows or so when we don't have visiting demand to support it but it's a small complaint with the extra capacity, since they are so far from the field.

- Upper East seats are the best. Right on top of the field. Brutal in September day games though.

My biggest complaints are with the narrow lower east concourse which is way too narrow but would require a lot of right of way issues to encroach on Techwood. Club seats should never have been put on the 50 yard line.

Best: 03 Auburn, 06 Notre Dame, 09 VPI

Hon Men: 06 Maryland, 08 FSU, 08 Miami, 09 Clemson, 11 Clemson, 13 UGA, 14 Clemson, 15 FSU
