After poor showing this week, Georgia Tech hopes to bounce back Saturday at SMU

Georgia Tech had been playing some its best basketball of the season, then the Yellow Jackets turned in a clunker Tuesday at Syracuse in a 62-55 loss.

I usually do a new ACC arena every season and this year's was supposed to be this game. Unfortunately the snow storm put a dent in those plans

These guys are elite offensively with multiple great shooters and they clean up on the offensive glass. I expect CDS to have our guys re-focused on the offensive side of the ball and they got an extra day in Dallas thanks to the snow storm, so hopefully that removes some of the away game discomfort.

We are suffering at the 5. Ndongo needs help. BC and Syracuse took advantage of us down low. Look for the same all year. Some games we can overcome, some not.

In my life we’ve gone from Hewitt to Gregory to Pastner to Stoudamire and with how it’s going we’ll be with someone else in 2-3 seasons.

This is a Top 3 worst efforts of the CDS-era game and there have been some pretty bad ones.

2024 vs. Wake Forest, 2023 @Cincinnati, and this. 2024 @VT gets a special mention too.

With 3:37, the under 4 media T.O. left in the 1st half, the SMU team needs to be arrested on battery charges, they are beating all the body fluids and solids out of us.

I don’t go on many GT rants, but this is disgusting to watch. No heart. So weak around the basket on both ends. Not playing any defense. Not getting back on turnovers. Can’t take care of the ball. Can’t shoot the ball. I’ve been on the CDS bandwagon from the start, but something is messed up.
