I saw a quote from Saban where he said that the student part of student athlete doesn't exist anymore. He believes that players should make some money, but he is worried that most of them won't go pro, and also won't have a degree. Argue if he's serious or not, but that much is correct.

I am not sure if it's the culture of the school, the beat down of the past few years, or the overall angst of being a GT fan. However, this thread shows what a mopey bunch us GT fans are. Can't take good news and say "Great!", instead we find all the reasons to be gloomy.
