  1. Ye olde coachinge debates

I haven't seen or read any negative comments about our roster since the hire. Please show an example. Only negative comments have come Paula's camp. All I've read is who will be the qb, center and other position questions. So please show me the ground work that has been laid.
  2. Your Favorite Underrated GT player?

Im going with the pound for pound the best player in college football Jerry Mays.
  3. Remembering Hewitt

Honestly the side tracking he did, did cause his professional success to collapse. I'd fired for several reasons but not putting Tech first is telling to me. So what does my line tell you? Mr Freud. Anxious to hear this.
  4. Remembering Hewitt

You can have him. He had a good run when he also a good set of associates. And then we were left with just him and his black coaches association bs. He cared more about that association at the end then he did about Tech. So yeah he burned that good will.
  5. Ye olde coachinge debates

That staff got fired before we could tell if they could or couldn't.
  6. Ye olde coachinge debates

You're forgetting that 08, 09 were Gomers boys. Back to the original reasoning he isn't great without the recruits be didn't recruit. I'll take it a step further, I don't believe 14 or 16 happens without the Gomer boys either. He wouldn't have had those early w's with Jaybo running the show or...
  7. Ye olde coachinge debates

Ok he gets one year. That makes him great?
  8. Remembering Hewitt

I'm trying like hell to forget him.
  9. So what did Joseph do?

Yes it is pretty black and white. Bad decision to chat with her "sisters." If I directly go against my regionals instructions, I'm looking for employment.
  10. Ye olde coachinge debates

I respect him more for stepping down with class than what he did on the field. He at least didn't f the program financially.
  11. Ye olde coachinge debates

The crap is what slowly transpired after those players left. Yeah 14 was great, but in hindsight was more so of catching lightning in a bottle than Paul all of sudden pressing the right buttons. He refused to be what his apologists say he is innovative or an offensive genius. Hell go down as...
  12. Ye olde coachinge debates

Collins played a hand in that also.
  13. Ye olde coachinge debates

Is he first to do it?
  14. Ye olde coachinge debates

He's the only coach we've had since bowl series started. He's what we're going to set the standard against? I believe Collins will do better than little Johnson. Collins in some perspective is partly responsible for little Johnson's early success.
  15. Ye olde coachinge debates

Yes please. After 11 years of me watching that ego maniac run techs defense into an embarrassment, I'd be happy to face that any day.
  16. GT @ NCSU

Should have won by a wider margin. When this team ever hits on all gears they can play with almost anyone. We are seeing the last two games when players play with confidence and know their roles. Moses is making huge strides and is Devoe. This is a game we lose two weeks ago. We won in a place...
  17. Thank you, Paul

No but its better then hearing the BS Johnson spewed out every spring. Which is no hope for change of any kind. Last time I saw a record book Minnesota was beating the hell out of us. That last game spoke volumes of what Paul Johnson is. He reinforced the idea that he wasn't ever going to change...
  18. Thank you, Paul

    Yes I do.
  19. Thank you, Paul

I don't think he did. I really feel that he is sitting in his favorite chair at home still thinking Tech is two steps behind him and he is still the smartest guy on Techwood Ave.
