Pastner has done absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of comment. If anything, he’s brought embarrassment to GT (Ron Bell says hello) more than any type of success. To act like it would be some type of tragedy if he left the program is hilarious to me, that’s all.
Well then you should know that Hewitt's evergreen contract was 1000% worse than anything to do with Pastner. I'm not advocating for anyone to get rid of CJP.. but to say getting rid of him would be the "stupidest" decision in GT history is hilarious. You can't be serious.
I went to the Tiff's Treats in Midtown before one of the GT basketball games this year and they took cards only. First time I had seen it, my guess was they had some issues with being robbed since they were open late so this took some of the liability away.
Where at? He didn't even start for us and we didn't make the tourney any of his years here. I was thinking this is a weird decision because he won't be finding more playing time than he would be getting here next season unless he drops down a level. Just my opinion.
It's crazy to think about.. if we would've won against Arkansas and Ball State we probably wouldn't have dropped the appeal and we'd be right there on the bubble.
Posted this in the Clemson game thread, but it's probably more relevant here. Makes me think they are telling the team it's still a possibility they will sit out this year, but who knows.
Speaking of the ban, found this quote from Shembari in today's program very interesting.
I thought it must be from before the season started but then you see the quote about Kobe. Makes me wonder what they are telling the players.
