Zero restrictions on kids going pro. If a kid wants to go to the NBA after the 8th grade, let him go. College should be kept the way it is. It would be an option. You can go to college or you can play for money. Your option.
I think we are making inroads, with CGC leading the way. Kids are now beginning to see GT as a cool place. We are seeing some really good basketball players want to “come back” to Atlanta.
It was almost half a century ago when I took it, but what is the big deal with calculus. It was just another math, not much different from algebra, trig or geometry. I had much less trouble with calculus than I did with the literature composition courses.
Good for these guys. They are in college to play football. You can get a great education and be successful with a degree from any college. You can only play football now. I don’t blame them one bit. Best of luck to them in finding a place that they can play.

For those that want to criticize CPJ, remember this one thing: He could have made it VERY difficult for GT, but he left right way and did not hurt us financially on the way out. If you don't think that means anything, then you don't understand how much the combined buyouts of...
I feel like Charley Brown rooting for GT baseball. Every year, I think we may be pretty good. Then the season starts and it’s obvious that we are going nowhere.
Oh, dear God. I looked CDHs contract up. He is here through the 2021 season. Two more years may not see like a lot to you young guys, but at my age, 2 more years is a significant part of my life.
