He's like one of those old dolls that talks when you pull the string. There are a limited number of prerecorded messages the doll can say. CGC says the same things over and over again and almost as randomly as the doll.
Some good things. The defense fought hard and kept us in the game. Nate McCollum had an incredible effort play to save a touchdown and get us the ball back. Hall had his most productive game for us. Eley continues to be a baller. Sims has some very good plays, just needs more consistency.
Sadly, I feel the same way. I sometimes laugh at the ineptitude to kill the pain. The other thing is I have become so numb to the steady stream of mistakes that I don’t react at all. In the past, a game with as many mistakes as we typically make would make me angry.
This is actually an understatement. They competed to win vs going through the motions. Maybe we could do a reset with an interim coach mid-season. You know, play with more passion and discipline to set the table for next year.

Rick Strom actually had the longest career as an NFL quarterback. Even started some games. Everyone forgets about him, but the teams he was on were very forgettable.
I noticed that every time the opposition breaks a big play, someone on our D lays down and is "hurt". They usually aren't injured, they are coached to lie down to theoretically kill the other team's momentum. Note to whoever came up with the idea - it doesn't help.
