I'd like to be better than all those teams. One foot in front of the other......
Crean getting hired made me happy for the future direction of the dwag program and it brought a smile to see his program success (38.5% win rate) result in his exit. What are the chances the next dog of a hire will bring such joy throughout the tenure?

Louisville and Georgia Tech were founding members of the Metro Conference in 1975, but the Yellow Jackets left for the ACC in 1978.

This is good news. The next thought is how do we advantage the newfound relief (aka the logical outcome)? Hopefully, there is a recruit that fits the spot.
On offense, I feel like our success hinges almost entirely on QB output. If Sims plays well, it makes everyone around him better, if not, whelp, struggle bus will be crowded.
ND 11 of 16 from 3 so far. Shooting lights out. Hard to compete with. Deebo has had some good looks that didn't fall. Our 4 spot really struggling with any production. As Howard has picked up, the lack of output at the 4 has come into the spotlight. Jalon will improve with more court time...
Last of the 4 in 8 days run.
Notre Dame is 12-1 in home games and averaging 85 pts/game in their last 10 contests. On a positive note, they are giving up 82/game in that same stretch. Expect a defense free matchup expect for Howard picking up his third foul with 8 minutes to go in the first...
This one is reflective of the early season games, all Devoe, Ush and watching the youth learn to play. On the far horizon, it seems we'll be more evenly balanced next year for scoring, but we're going to need some strong advances from Deebo and ?? to make up the scoring that's graduating.
Third game in six days. Howard competing but picked up a referee cheapie and now has 3 in the first half. The team is shooting well. Would like to pick a home win with a solid second half.
Unless it is linked in the threads, I am not a purveyor of Twitter, but ultimately there are so many variables at play I don't put weight in the outbound opinion. Program turmoil, player wants, competition, etc.... OPD, other people's drama. You play with what you have, always.
I have no idea which team to expect this game. The one with defensive intensity or the flat travel team (after a bus ride). Either way, we have to shoot well. As others have noted, the Orange are efficient from outside. I'd like to steal a good road win there.
