They also didn't play bowling green or Louisville. We missed out on LSU, Norte dame, who are comparable. Standing only matter in determining conference champions.
  5. Georgia Tech Bowl Projections

that is correct. Still 2 slots, but they will either be NCSU or Cuse based off record. Pitt might backdoor into it as well as 8 wins is also elgible for it
  6. Georgia Tech Bowl Projections

other teams have more wins over bowl elgible teams, so they have earned that right over GT. Every team has an argument for that fourth spot. End of the day, bowls decide it, not the confrence, and h2h don't mean sh*t. Only total # of wins, and how impressive you were. Every team in that list...

Dude wants to major in broadcasting. GT doesn't offer that. We definitely can. Dude wouldn't even need a awaiver. South Carolina's standards are more difficult than the university system of Georgia's, to the point where Steve Spurrier threatened to quit over an athelte needing to get a...

Bowl selections give absolutely no indication to standings. Only overall record in the fact that a 6-6 team can't be chosen before a 7-5 team. 14. Potential Head Coach Hires

Uga is in the 30-40% range which is by definition a minority. It's more than tech, but it's not like Halloween and giving away waivers like candy. Same % as southern and state, but ugas players have slightly higher SATs
  15. Potential Head Coach Hires

Honest question have you looked to see if any of that is true? The AJC did a study in football players at GT and the exception and eligibility part is entirely false. We do give exceptions (at a lower rate) and less than half of uGAs football team has exceptions (on par with the same ratio as...

Normally ill post about my rankings towards march madness when the Kaggle competition opens up, but this year i wouldn't to omit using KenPom rankings and entirely use my own. So with that, here is the first batch of my homebrewed rankings. Methodology: Based off the kaggle competition, it...
  19. RPI is no longer to be used for NCAAT selection

FWIW i have Loyola Marymount at 13 in my computer rankings and Southern at 26. Being one of the few undefeated teams left helps a ton this early into the season (I'm only updated through Friday though). Should pull a CFP and not release them till Confrence play IMO
