I‘m in sentiment with your thoughts. The program lacks direction. Too many poor coaching schemes, game plans, and lack of urgency. I hope this staff can turn things around but don’t feel they have what it will take, starting with CGC.

Yates needs to be the starter. Should not even be a discussion. The guy plays smart and doesn’t make mistakes. He puts up stats against the Clemson D, doesn’t give up big chunks of yards (throws ball away), no turnovers, runs ball when needed, and is accurate with his passes, but some are saying...

If Sims played last night, we would of had at least two turnovers and he would have given up big chunks of yardage by not throwing the ball away.

Yates has the football IQ and intangibles that can‘t be taught or coached. He is the perfect college QB. I am not interested in watching Sims make mistakes just so we can watch the coaches try to make him into an “NFL QB”. It’s not going to happen.
