I remember that year (Except it was 1989) 7-4 and we still did not make it to a bowl game . As a student watching us beat georgie that year was what flipped me to being Tech as my #1 team. It had been Tennessee before that as I grew up there.
I am not sure we are at that point just yet as...
Why didn't he get 100!?!?!? He only needed 10 yards. We wasted that time at the end of the game taking a knee when we could have had him run it a few more times. We had a solid 4 point lead and 50 seconds to get him over 100 yards. I swear our coaches stink
I feel like from a recruiting perspective it is a little easier to recruit for a 4 man front. Finding that key DT for a 3 man front is the hardest position to recruit for. We already have a lot of recruiting disadvantages lets not make it even harder on ourselves.
Hell, I would be OK with a...
Whats interesting is at the game, (unlike the chatroom) it seemed like the guys were in it and we had a good shot. Sitting at the game there was not one time I and those around me were upset and lost hope
To continue my track record, I can officially say there is no correlation to the team losing if I go to the game or not. :) Went yesterday against "my better judgment" and so glad I did.
The type of home game students and fans desperately needed!
The PA usage, volume and selection was definitely better last night and helped the atmosphere a number of times and did better managing the sound volume. But it still has a long way to go
I am in the lower west around the back of the endzone. The audio while still way too loud and terrible was much much better than the bowling green game. The BG game was unbearable bad audio. I noticed they seemed to turn it up a bit more around halftime and beyond.
Plus LET THE BAND PLAY!!!
I hear we are starting a European College Football conference as the loophole in the GOR was for the US only. The loophole was written with invisible ink.
But trust me, I have it from a good source
OK, I am going to the game. I skipped ALL the Former tight jeans coach's games and went to the Bowling Green game and it turned into a disaster. If today's game turns out bad then it will be my fault and I will stop going to all games to give us a chance
I am keeping my 7. Wanted to throw this quote I read about Miami coaching
"There are losses. There are bad losses. There are losses that haunt a coach on his deathbed. And then about 100 miles past that is how Miami lost Saturday."
