I honestly think a version this offense could work here. I just don’t think it is sustainable the way CPJ runs it.
It’s gotta be compelling enough to get dual threat QBs, and when you do get them take advantage of their arm.

3rd and 20 and we’re still in the same formation. Also if we’re not in an obvious passing down, we let the defense know we’re gonna pass by going in motion down the line. Every time we’ve done that for as long as I can remember, it’s been a pass.
Seems as if we’re always giving good teams gifts. We aren’t Louisville or FSU, for us to win we have to be fundamentally sound. Unless we get a lot better at recruiting we have to take care of the ball, force turnovers and don’t commit penalties. Kind of like Army and Navy does.

Next year all we have to be excited about is a few players that have shown some NFL ability. That’s about it, but CPJ knows he better win or get fired next year. I would be shocked if he gets let go this year but think it needs to happen.
