As someone who is in network and does not have the ACC network, the best way to watch this for free is to creat an email account and do a YouTube TV free trial. So in your situation, pay (maybe $5 a month) for a VPN so that you can act as if you are in town, then do the YouTube tv free trial...
Hopefully they are just making sure everything is in place and running properly for the “go live”.
Reports posted here make that sound like the end of August/beginning of September.

I said 75% mainly due to how our team will be precieved on the National landscape due to our gauntlet of a schedule.
The setup that has worked for me has been subscribing to Comcast Internet/tv and having friends with youtube tv login for ACC network. Not bulletproof but hopefully Comcast and espn will figure it out.
