Haven’t been more excited about a player going into last season since joe ham. Sucks. But it sucks more for him. That’s a tough way to learn a lesson. He was in the wrong, but he was 18 and no other schools care about failing tests for pot.

I think it’s legit. A bunch of schools would have a tough time paying for new wood bats for each player every couple of weeks. They aren’t that cheap either. D1 schools would be fine, but a lot of small schools might not.

This is much more enjoyable than recent years. Not only are we in contention to win the conference, but we have the pitching to go deep in the NCAA tournament. We have not had that in a long time.
