Stinger passes are going on sale Monday at 9:00 am

I'm looking to buy Stinger passes for 2019-20. While it looks like we're still a couple of months away from when they became available last year, do they offer them to the previous year's purchaser's before they become available to the public?

Not necessarily. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm not positive of this because the Pima County website is so awful, but it looks like the case might have settled. I'll keep an eye on it and report back when it's more definitive. If it has settled, there's no clue what the terms of the settlement are.
