2014 we had several guys on offense who could win us a close game. Players to lean on when things went bad. JT for example against va tech, ga southern and uga. With all do respect to Taqon he doesn't have the IT factor in a big game.
Okay guy. No one is saying he has to be Dan Marino but he will have to throw the ball to beat them. The years we we're good or great under PJ we had a capable passer. Keep those gold colored glasses on big guy
Taqon has played 2 good games this year. It's just crazy how after two good games against not very good defenses we forget things lol. Taqon will have to throw the ball to beat Miami , va tech , Duke and uga. If he some how becomes an above average passer by then I'll eat crow.
Not so much talent as player development. Brant Mitchell played as a true freshman. No matter how you slice it playing at any D1 school as a true freshman you are talented. Problem is he never got any better. I see players improving under Woody already.
I love our offense. Pj isn't just the offensive coordinator though. Special teams have been horrendous all but two years and the lack of game management as of late.
I'm by no means defending Paul's recruiting but he has out recruited Chan as a whole (ranking wise). Chan had one great class. What gailey did do very well was develop the two star. Go look how many 2-3 stars we sent to the NFL.
We are 1-3 and you guys are worried about losing the team? Hahahaha Trevor Lawrence is beating out Kelly Bryant do you see Clemson collapsing? Alabama benched Hurts in the NC did they collapse? Players want to win
Rarely do I ever give up on a season so early. Even in 2015 I felt we had a few play makers things could turn around. This year I look at our roster and I just get depressed. Honestly I see no one on offense we could lean on to win a big game or any game. I hope these guys prove me wrong.
