We drove up to Chapel Hill for the UNC game. Spent the night in a girls dorm - had an epically great time. Game - not so much. We had a FB who fumbled at the end of the game. We then got pulled over for speeding on the way back. Crazy road trip.

Yep. And from what we have seen on gameday he seems to be less well equipped than most to deal with it. Maybe he learns / gets help this year. He needs one or both...

The gap was widening pre CPJ. Doing “something different” aka the 3O bought us some time where we were competitive and at least had a punchers chance against top teams but that chance waned with time, with negative recruiting and rule changes also contributing. The gap has never been wider now...

I was there. That was not a clash of the titans. We won because of three great plays by us and a stocking full of presents from Duke. Otherwise it was dreadful football. I grew up watching Div 1-AA and NAIA games in upstate SC and Western NC and that was the NFL compared to that game.

You know other, larger, more successful teams / programs have message boards make this one seem very very tame and they do fine. I think you grossly overestimate the influence or power of this board. it's a fan site. relax... Or don't check in on the thread. that'll work too.
