After last week, it's hard not to call this game to be a blow out. Honestly, I think GT will come back down to Earth a bit, but they'll still win. I'll say 35-21. JT plays a couple of drives before the fourth quarter and scores at least one TD on the ground. JHD will have a big day coming back...
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "someone who knows football" but from what I saw the whole O-Line took a huge step forward this week even with the injuries. This may also be attributed to Syracuse's horrid D, but still I thought they played well.
I'll be more impressed when GT starts to shut down some of the higher ranked offenses (see Miami, Clemson, uga). I do, however, agree that we are moving in the right direction.
It was a predetermined read for Smelter to throw that ball to Darren Waller. He could have just as easily just not made the throw and run it for quite a bit. Darren Waller was never open on the play.
