Duke is going to be a handful this year-

It's hard for to believe that on such a gorgeous day the stadium at Duke looked like it was maybe 1/3 filled???? WTF woould any SA want to go and play football there? Matt Ruhle has a very tough road ahead of him but I didn't see them hugely overmatched by dook, it's more to me that Baylor just...

    Pitt Panthers

Pitt is a bad, bad, bad football team. I saw nothing on the field today that one point to as a positive for Pitt.

Duke is going to be a handful this year-

Not sure Baylor had any LBs on the field for that play :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

    Pitt Panthers

Pitt QB Max Browne is out of the state of WA, highly recruited and yet had to leave USC to get playing time. Sounds like another WA state QB we know of :ROFLMAO:

    CPJ Radio Show

1st half of the Jax St game, 7 points, under 100 yards total offense given up by the D. I, like everyone on else on here, know your distaste for CTR but there are enough poor performances to point to without having to make any up.

    Another Hot Coffee/Tea Incident

No not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV nor did I sleep at a Holiday Inn last night and, trust me, nothing that comes out of your month is capable of hurting my feelings. Simply someone who has spent his professional career (30 plus years) investigating and resolving claims including claims such...

    Random Thoughts To This Point

In fairness about the overthrow to Qua, TN was about to get crushed by a TN DL. Half second more to set and Qua walks into the E/Z

    Another Hot Coffee/Tea Incident

So you read an article and immediately decided it's a frivolous lawsuit? As to the skin grafts unless an infection set up no grafts would be medically warranted and no reconstructive surgeon would preform such a procedure. Discovery will reveal the evidence, if Starbucks is liable they're...

Predictions for the Central Florida game

And of course moving the game to Atlanta was out of the question for UCF, rather collect the insurance settlement that absorb a a** kicking from the Jackets. SMDH

    Hurricane..... I mean UCF week

@Milwaukee It was another poster who's wife suffered a similar injury. Oh just so you know I don't hate all corporations Cracker Barrel has suffered with coffee burn claims for years. Their risk manager sat down with their coffee vendor (who also supplies the pots) and togther that came up...

    Hurricane..... I mean UCF week

And I get your point. But is really isn't that simple. Yes coffee is hot, 155-160F doesn't immediately scald when it come in contact with flesh. 190F does and that's what Mickey D's was putting out to the public. Yes, you can sue for anything. Do you have a case based upon the law? If not...

    Hurricane..... I mean UCF week

It wasn't my wife :) The risk manager for Mickey D's at the time was a good friend of mine. He had worked for the same carrier I was at and then moved to work for McDonald's. She actually spilled it on herself when she went to add condiments and the jury assessed her comparative fault in coming...

    Hurricane..... I mean UCF week

No worries, a lot of misinformation on this case and many others have been put out over the years as need for "tort reform". I know most folks won't believe it but juries get it right FAR more often than they get it wrong :)
