Sims is what he is which is a very mediocre QB. Not very watchable football. I'd prefer to see smoove at QB making some moves.

*GTswarm disclaimer... I love what PJ did, but maybe this speaks more to player development and recruiting the past decade. Prior to that, we seemed to have more NFL talent. When is the last time we had an offensive player drafted? Stephen Hill? Shaq was an absolute steal for the Pats.

Wes comes in the local sports talk station up here in Raleigh, and man does it bring back some good memories. By the way he talks up Collins and GT in general, you can tell he still has a soft spot in his heart for the Jackets. Too bad he's getting that Falcon and ACC network money now.

Anree is the most likely to stick with a team, but there are some other guys that will get a shot. Hopefully they show out on pro day.

I agree. There are a few posters that have reached Beebad level. I come here for news and insight and mostly see the same fonts arguing and attacking others.

I wonder if Florida, Auburn, or Texas are potential landing spots. Urban/Gus offenses make sense and he could still stick it to the dwags. I'm pretty sure he would be a take for about 95% of P-5 schools.

Helluva player and obviously a helluva student. He'll be missed tremendously. Hope he doesn't end up at UGA or Clemson. The rich do not need any help getting richer.

Like him or not, KQ has been pretty spot on lately. There will be attrition in the Spring and CGC is preparing for it. I'm not to speculate on who might leave, but it happens every year and will likely be greater with a new coaching staff.

It seems like every thread gets derailed with constant bickering and/or personal insults. I'm just hoping James gets it together academically and is in a position to battle for QB1 in the summer.

Good NFL teams are multiple on offense. The days of "NFL" offense are long gone. I expect us to be the same. His staff will evaluate what we have and make the best use of it. I expect us to be 65/35 run to pass next year because that's what we are better at doing. Regardless of the results next...
Although there was a good bit of coach speak, he came off as a genuine guy to me. He didn't want to get into specifics about how the process went with ADTS, but I'd be willing to bet he or his agent reached out or ADTS had been in contact with his agent prior to PJ's retirement. Looking back at...
Won't be any worse than the past 3 years with PJ at the helm. There are only a few teams in the land that can compete with Clemson. If he can get the guys to buy in, we have a shot.
