as ive suggested before why not a volunteer group of local fans and maybe even satellite groups helping with the grunt work for the recruiting staff????? to help take up the slack,
maybe i am wrong but it sure seems to me that many of the great shooters have a bit of a HITCH in their shot right before they release the ball. they use this momentary pause to adjust their shot. we do not have anybody who does that.

a ufc fighter had on going cramps last year and was medically ruled out of tuff . iirc his liver was not producing on enzyme resulting in non stop cramps. that would be my guess...
