If we make any kind of bowl game this year he gets a minimum 1 year extension on his contract(obviously I hope we make a good bowl and he gets a multiyear deal). You can't expect a kid to commit if the coach isn't on contract for next year.

Thanks for that clarification pops. You can be disciplined for showing up to practice drunk but whatever you do on you own time is your own business(of course assuming OU stay out of trouble). Logic says the same would apply to marijuana if and when it is legalized.

I don't see it as a double standard that my boss has a corner office and I'm in a cubicle. That's how the chain of command works.
