??? that implies a conversation and I go back to what you posted He had agents talking to him in his Freshman year. I guess now you're walking everything back?
And now it's other families as well? First hand knowledge or hyperbole? You spoke as if you had first hand knowledge, now oh it was a...
Changing your story now?????
Heck... a friend of mine has a highly talented son. He had agents talking to him in his Freshman year.
So which is it? Knocking on the door or talking to him?
Not a matter of "should", if you have first hand knowledge and withhold it then you're complicit. You made the statement, have you relayed the information to his coaches and NCAA?
And when the eff has Tech landed a 5* athlete. Recruiters and programs live and die by the ability of the staff to establish relationships with SAs. What you're trying to talk about are the 1% of kids who actually MIGHT make it to the NFL and conveniently ignore the 99% of SAs that make up...
Well you might want to take a look at comments from today's recruits and how their relationship with their recruiter affect where they choose to go to school. But I forgot this was just another chance for you to slam CTR.
I'm not the one that brought up Vandy. You are so hung up on star ratings that you fail to see the progress in the quality of SA Tech is bringing. Fine you have your opinion.
In '16 and '18 (so far) every team in the ACC signed more players that Tech. In '15 and '17 Tech hit the conference average of signees. In '18, 7 teams have more commitments than Tech lead by 24 at Va Tech, in '17, 1 had more (Va Tech) and 2 had the same#, in '16 every school had more...
Go look at the rankings yourself, I just posted 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and understand how rankings are arrived at. Tech doesn't sign 30 players a year for one.
Tech is close to that exact range, 2015 39 with 27 signees, 41 2017 with 24 signees. 2016 was 67 but with only 18 signees. 2018 currently is 53 with 17 commitments, I fully expect '18 to wind up in the mid 30's or slightly higher. Part of the ranking formula is in direct correlation with the...
Did I say he had? But overall his recruit classes are well ahead of CCG. I like the trend over the last 3 classes and feel it will continue. And I will say this, it doesn't matter what scheme is used at Tech the recruiting classes will never be top 15-20 consistently. If anyone thinks going to a...
Bulls**t, Tech is on more top recruits list now than ever before. Go back and look at the offer lists for the classes of '16 and '17 as well as the incoming class. 2007 was 10 years ago and Gailey NEVER came close to that type of class otherwise.
