The 1969 6-0 win by GT in BDS was great also. The UGAG players were excited about the possibility of going 6-3-1 and going to the Sun Bowl like Vince's 1964 team. The GT defense with Smiley Gebhardt,Rock Perdoni and Bubba Hoats shut down the Dwags all day and they had nothing left for the Sun...

Brian Oliver was one of my all time favorite GT players. I saw him play HS basketball at Wills getting 60 points one night against Osborne in 1985.

CBS Sports likes Georgia Tech a lot more than ESPN it seems.

Greenville would be a nice close place to go watch GT play Northwestern. I would think the Jackets would have far more fans than Northwestern.
