Is there ever a"per article" royalty that schools are paid for every piece of clothing that has the school logo? Or is it just an annual licensing fee to use the logo?

Call me cynical, but I am #notimpressed if that is an indication of how serious the team is. OTOH, maybe it says something about other past teams if hair length & beards were a distraction. Or maybe it's just 5 weeks until the season starts & we just need something to talk about.
