Both Jose and Devoe averaged over 35 min per game in conference. With Philips flaming out and Haywood playing inconsistently on the wing (not 2G), that was primarily due to a lack of viable replacement - not that their performance demanded 35 + min per game. I have not seen this guy play much...

Pure speculation on my part - if there was a settlement we will never hear anything (or very little) about it If there wasn't a settlement then we will hear about the court case in the coming months.
