I made a similar comment in the post game thread. Particularly seeing Leftwich get live reps (albeit limited). Idk we haven’t tried moving Jordan inside and starting jakiah at tackle. Other than what is seen in practice or a lack thereof practice.

Bama just put up 49 on a top 20 team while using the backup for most of the game … who doesn’t appear to be much of a passer. I think Bama fans are a little unreasonable with their expectations.

Correct me if I’m wrong. But those were some can’t miss prospects. That’s my biggest concern with coaches from these factories. You can develop the elite talent. But can you identify the hidden talent and develop that? You have to if you want to be successful at tech.

Chadwell is at the top of my list. But for the other fans of his - do you think he will be able to recruit enough? He has shown loyalty to his staff - for better or worse. I imagine they would all come with him. Would he be willing to keep on, say, Kenyatta Watson to help the recruiting aspect?

Without wholesale changes with how athletics are viewed by the hill - a coach generating more funding isn’t moving the needle. If we start operating like an Alabama, UGA, etc … sure. Sign me up.
