    Thank you, Paul

Nick Saban wouldve had his hands full that night. I dont think in anyone in the country wouldve stopped us that night. If we had a defense that was ranked 10 to 20 spots higher, we wouldve been in the NC game. We definitely wouldve won that ACC Title Game against the crab thief and FSU.

    Thank you, Paul

I'd much rather go through the CPJ years again than the Chan years. Losing to UGA 7 straight years was freakin rough.

    Optimistic about the defense? Why?

Very telling statement from a guy that played D at GT under the CPJ regime. Given the defense we saw under CPJ's decade tenure, this makes a ton of sense. ibeeballin's statement leads me to believe our D coaching under CPJ likely cost some of our defensive guys a chance to get drafted and...

CGC at Super Bowl LIII pic

How old is coaches wife? She looks young. Not that anything is wrong with that, if she is a good bit younger. If she is, more power to him.

Official GT announcement, OC and DC

That and other teams recruited against us by telling defensive recruits they would be getting cut in practice a ridiculous amount. Initially in Paul's tenure, I didnt buy the whole "the practice against the 3O so their D suffers against other offenses because they dont see it in practice."...

    Anyone else just really happy?

Absolutely. O'Leary also had the greatest GT QB of all time and Heisman caliber, Joe Hamilton. O'Leary's failings, much like CPj's, was letting Ted Roof run the damn defense.

    Potential Head Coach Hires

I think there are several key points that Stanberry must consider in evaluating a new HC: 1. If it's a different offensive system, how well does our current talent fit that system and, if it's not a good fit, how long to rebuild the roster through recruiting? If the offense needs a complete...

ESPN article,"20 QB Battles this Spring"

Entirely depends on the backup QB. It's a very different decision regarding Tua Tsbdjfkfifnfn versus, say, Lucas Johnson. That's no knock on Johnson. Tua is a very special and unique QB. I was also recently told he speaks in tongues while on the field. He's obviously the second coming of Tebow...

    Kirby Syndrome or Syracuse Envy?

When Paul is gone, a lot of GT people are going to be wishing he was still here. Like the old cliché goes: You don't know what you got till it's gone. We are literally one wrong head coach away from being Vanderbilt. Sad, but true.

    Orange Bowl 2017 season

Obviously we have a small sample size, but, damn, our defense looked atrocious once again. I'm beginning to feel like this is a PJ issue. We've consistently underperformed in the CPJ era on D, regardless of a specific coordinator. CPJ is my all-time favorite GT coach, but something has got to...

Hi, Boom. Is there any way I can change my username as I'm an idiot who for some reason used their real name as a user name in an online, public forum? I find myself not posting as much as I would if I had a veil of online anonymity to hide behind to unleash my pro-GT anti-UGA opinion.

if tech was in the national championship game....

I think a 1 loss SEC Champ with their sole loss coming from the ACC Champ, in what one would assume would be a close game, would likely make the playoff. I dont see many scenarios where a 1 loss SEC Champ gets left out.

Stats of DAWGS Spring game Blk 22 Red 25

I watched a little bit of this on the SECn. Eason looked like 2016 Eason: made some throws that made you gasp, otherwise made head scratching decisions. Their 1st string oline looked like **** against a very unimpressive dline, imo.

Tennessee fans already starting to talk about the 2017 GT-Tennessee game

He completed 63% of his passes last year and 47.7% of passes over 21 yards. Granted that would likely drop in our offense, but that's still pretty damn good, imo. He also threw 27 TDs versus 12 ints. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2017/profiles/joshua-dobbs?id=2558167

Tennessee fans already starting to talk about the 2017 GT-Tennessee game

I've recently wondered what a CPJ coached Tennessee team would've looked like in 2016. It seems like their offensive roster would've been a great fit for PJ's O, specifically Dobbs. I believe Dobbs would've been an absolute STUD in this offense, and CPJ would've had great odds to win 11 games...
