It was Pastner. Taking a grad senior just for depth isn't that uncommon. We had an open scholarship to use and he won't impact scholarships beyond this season.

How about the fact that it has only happened six times? When BC did it last year, they were the first team to do it in 30 years. And it's only getting harder to do with more conference games every year.

That's how I interpreted it as well.
Think the point here is that why are we giving only one year scholarships for programs that can't be completed in a year. It's the scam of the century from a basketball perspective and a slap in the face to the academic institutions.
