That was a one off event. I doubt you will ever see a sold out soccer crowd in Atlanta again. Just not that level of interest unless you import the Mexican national team here to play every week. That's not a racist comment, just that soccer is the national sport of Mexico and we have a large...
I think in general guys that can truly run this offense are rare. I can only think of a handful, Tracy Hamm (sp) and Keenan Reynolds come to mind. More or less a once in a generation type guys. The offense is very demanding on the QB. You have to be instinctual to the point you can...
I think Johnson has yet to find a true option QB. The are rare and hard to find. I believe he finds 2 or 3 a year that have the basic athleticism to possibly succeed at the position and signs them up for more or less a tryout. He puts them through the paces during fall camp and spring...
If I have learned anything from being a Georgia Tech football fan for over 60 years it is you never know what to expect from one year to the next.

Yep for the most part no one cares what your political views are and they do not come out to an event to hear your political views; they can get that 24/7 from TV, the internet, etc.. To me you are going to lose half your audience either way. So from a marketing stand point it is a dumb move...
I think a lot of folks, like Bill Curry, feel a necessity to speak out on the divisive nature of politics in our country. I would prefer to hear people address it in a way that points to unity in the things that already exist and the possibilities of growing on those things. I think so many...
I have not heard any buzz whatsoever on Brashear. I know he was a tough two way player out of high school but if he was making any noise on the scout team, I did not hear it. Maybe one of the insiders can shed some more light on where he stands.

They don't know s*it about Georgia Tech football. They only mention Tech when they are trying to make fun of us. I hope every Tech fan who has enough time to waste will call them up and just remind them their world beater UGA Bulldogs and Coach Kirby got their a** whipped by the pitiful Yellow...
Problem UGA has is they cater to primadonnas and have problems with creating a team as opposed to a bunch of guys trying to make the league who are playing for themselves. Many of these kids have been told they are elite and will have no problem being all SEC, All American and a first round NFL...
Key area for focus this off season is development of a strategy and plan on stopping the UNC offense. It has become an embarrassment how poorly we play against these clowns. They run up and down the field on us like we are some sort of scout team. I think Coach Johnson needs to make this a...
Interesting that a guard gets selected as a tackle. In my opinion, Braun and Bryan are both really great offensive linemen. If Cooper, Klock and Lee can raise their games to B and B level, we will have the best offensive line in the land.

This list only confirms my thinking that transfers do not have a significant impact on a program. In fact, I am of the opinion that many are actually encouraged to transfer so we can move on to someone that might be more productive or a better team mate.
